Orders with multiple products may ship separately.
Return policy: There is a 30-day return window for manufacturer defects. A photo and description of the defect is required. Our manufacturer does not offer refunds if the customer chooses the wrong size or color or changes their mind. Refunds are only issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations/Edits: An order that has entered production cannot be canceled. We will do our best to edit shipping addresses if needed but success depends on where the order is in the timeline.
